Start of the start

Today is the start of the start to freedom from fat! I decided today that in about a week and a half I'm going to truly turn over that new leaf, and trudge through the first few weeks of torture to the smooth sailing of habitual exercise. I figure ....why suffer through this alone? Misery loves company ...right? So I'm writing this blog along my way so others can know that we all struggle together. Of course it will be a shame if I don't succeed, but I will have THIS...my words to look back on and hopefully push me forward. I have decided to do a Beachbody Challenge. I don't know which one yet. I will have to take before and after photo's. I of course need some time to mentally prepare for this change of lifestyle. Plus of course I have to wait until payday before I can purchase my path to fit freedom. And of course I will be visiting family and there will be bbqs, beer and such....and well...I'm still mentally preparing for this new life. Baby steps, baby steps.
