Day 4 #whole30

Well I'm at the close of day 4. I think I'm actually getting FATTER on this healthy eating kick. Mainly because Kieshan is overfeeding me. That's what my excuse is at least. No cheats though!! The other challenge is feeding the kids the healthy meals too. Neither of them have been happy or willing to eat the dinners. The other dilemma is the costs. Not having the cheap carb fillers to put on the plate next to the expensive meat and veggies means XTRA meat, veggies or fruit. My skin hasn't changed. I think I'm allergic to work. My motivation and energy level are still down at the bottom of the motivation/energy pool. Week 2 will require some more flavors, dips, sauces, etc. Apparently we eat food because the sauce we put on the food tastes good, not the taste of the food itself. Cheers to the weekend. This is not just a struggle, this is my #frinkinfatfight.
